Experience:
One or more years of restaurant and bar management experience.
Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities.
Must have Bar, Restaurant & Kitchen experience.
Excellent communication and people skills.
The ability to hire, develop and motivate hourly employees.
Provide our guest with quality food and exceptional service while entertaining the guests.
Hold yourself accountable to personal standards of conduct and professionalism.
Respect for individuals (customers, vendors, and employees).
Flexible in approach, can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes.
You must be able to work nights and weekends.
Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
Move about facility and stand for long period of time.
Lift and carry up to 30lbs.
Optimize financial results (drive sales and control costs) Night Assistant GM are responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing the operations of the Restaurant and Bar.
You will also be involved in training and supporting the wait staff, bartenders and Kitchen employees to ensure we provide quality food and drinks in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
Our goal is to provide each and every one of our guests with an enjoyable dining experience every time they come! The basic job duties include:
- Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew- Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards- Adheres to and monitors employee compliance of the policies and practices- Performs closing duties- Monitors and makes appropriate adjustments to staffing levels and food cost control- Assists in administrative duties including maintaining files, records and all required documentation- Reinforces a customer service focus and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
- Immediately and respectfully responds to guest requests and resolving any complaints to ensure customer retention.
